The Texas Rangers were crushed by the Detroit Tigers by the score of 10-2 on Tuesday night.  It was actually a pretty even game except the Tigers hit three home runs and the Rangers only had one run.

Vincent Padilla took the loss for the Rangers has he only lasted three innings after giving up eight hits and seven earned runs. Padilla put the Rangers in a big hole, and you never want to see your starting pithcher do that.  Josh Rupe pitched the next four innings for the Rangers and gave up three runs on three hits.  Wes Littleton pitched the final inning without giving up a earned run.

Frank Catalanotto had a solo home run for the Rangers in the second inning.  The other Rangers RBI came off a Josh Hamilton sacrafice fly in the seventh inning.

The Texas Rangers had a 4-0 lead after three innings, but then gave up seven un-answered runs to lose to the Los Angeles Dodgers by the score of 7-4.  With the loss, the Rangers record dropped to 5-9.

Josh Rupe who came in after Kevin Millwood left the game in the 6th inning picked up the loss.  Rupe pitched two innings and gave up three earned runs.  Millwood gave up four earned runs in his five innings of action.  Both pitcher stunk it up.

The Texas Rangers once again played a terrible game and this time they lost to the Baltimore Orioles by the score of 8-1.  I was really expecting the Rangers to come out and play a lot better then they did.  They got behind early in the game, and were never able to crawl there way back into it.

Jason Jennings received his second loss of the short season already as he only lasted 4.2 innings while giving up seven hits and four earned runs.  He also gave up two longballs on the day.  Jamey Wright and Josh Rupe didn’t have much luck either as they let give more runs score combined.

Ian Kinsler was the lone Rangers player to have an RBI on the day.  Terribler performance all the way around by the Rangers.
